What is an apostille?
An apostille is an authentication certificate used so a public document from one country can be accepted in another. For a California issued or California notarized paper, that certificate is issued only by the California Secretary of State. Apostille Express prepares and files the request. We do not issue the apostille.
Do you issue the apostille?
No. Apostille Express is a private service. Only the California Secretary of State issues a California apostille.
Can I upload a scan instead of the original?
Yes for review. The original certified or notarized document is required to file. Photocopies are not accepted.
What speeds do you offer?
